The purpose of the DynaFlex Power Ball is to provide small and portable hand/arm exercise equipment.

Pros: Most of us have exercise equipment. Most of that equipment is anything but portable. We have access to it only when we are at home. The problem is that we aren not always at home and even though we aren not at home, we still need to get in some exercise. That is one of the nicest things about the Dynaflex Powerball. The neon Powerball is as portable as it gets. You can just put it in your bag or suitcase and of you go.

The exercise is absolutely addictive and while some people buy the Dynaflex gyro to rebuild hand and arm strength after an injury, they find that the metal Powerball strengthens their hands and forearms so well that they keep on using it long after the injury is just a distant memory.

Cons: Al’s Sports does reserve the right to change prices and policies without giving prior notice, as do most online retailers. Al’s Sports has an excellent online reputation and I can’t find any cons associated with the company or with the DynaFlex Power Ball.
